The Platform enables users to purchase digital activation codes and subscriptions for third-party VPN services.

By using the Platform, placing an order, or making a payment, the user confirms their acceptance of these Terms.

2. Role of the Platform

VPNPay is an aggregator and marketplace that provides the technical means for users to purchase digital access codes for VPN services offered by third parties.

VPNPay:

  • is not a provider of VPN services;
  • does not operate the servers or infrastructure of any VPN service;
  • is not involved in the provision of VPN connectivity; and
  • does not control the operation, availability, or functionality of any VPN service.

The Platform acts solely as an intermediary between users and VPN service operators.

3. Responsibility of VPN Providers

Each VPN service is provided by a separate operator or provider.

Such providers are solely responsible for:

  • the operation and availability of the VPN service;
  • the quality, speed, and stability of the connection;
  • restrictions on access to the service in certain countries;
  • the processing of user data; and
  • their own terms of use, privacy policies, and refund policies.

Use of any specific VPN service is governed by the rules and terms of the relevant provider.

For any matters relating to the operation of a service, its policies, or its terms of use, the user must contact the relevant VPN provider directly.

4. Purchase of Digital Codes

The Platform enables users to purchase digital activation codes for selected VPN services.

Once payment has been made, the user receives a digital code, which is activated directly through the relevant VPN provider.

VPNPay does not manage the activation, use, or renewal of VPN service subscriptions.

5. Payment

Payments may be made through third-party payment systems, including bank cards and cryptocurrency payment methods.

Payment processing is carried out by the relevant payment providers. The Platform does not store users' bank card details.

6. Refunds

Refund terms are governed by a separate Refund Policy published on the website.

Refunds are only available in the cases specified in that policy.

VPNPay is not responsible for the operability of VPN services and does not guarantee their availability in any specific country unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant service page.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform shall not be liable for:

  • any acts or omissions of VPN providers;
  • the operability of VPN services;
  • the quality, speed, or stability of VPN connections;
  • restrictions on access to services in certain countries; or
  • any changes to terms of use made by VPN providers.

Any issues relating to the use of a specific VPN service must be addressed directly to the relevant provider.

8. Use of the Platform

The user agrees to use the Platform in compliance with applicable law.

The following actions are prohibited:

  • using the Platform for unlawful activities;
  • interfering with the operation of the website or payment systems;
  • using automated systems to abuse the service; or
  • engaging in fraudulent activity.

9. Suspension of Access

The Platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate a user's access to the service in the event of a breach of these Terms, attempted fraud, or abuse of the service.
